Buff Dyrroth

It was a really long time that dyrroth was in mete bc usually hes either in d or c teir so to balance this pls bring him to meta a bit more often or buff his ultimate a little bit because when you ulti the enemy has a ton of time to escape. Also his life stealing abilioty could be a bit stronger to.
